Football Skills Camp

Each day will begin with a full hour of speed, strength, and agility training. Throughout the course of the 3-day program, athletes will engage in a variety of bodyweight strength exercises, plyometrics, foot speed and change of direction enhancement drills, and a number of other football specific drills. Each player will receive an hour to hone their offensive talents and another hour to improve their defensive capabilities. Campers will have the chance to showcase and improve upon their skills in a number of blocking, running, passing, catching , and defense-specific fields.

Practices begin with a collegiate-style warmup followed with a significant number of partner and bodyweight training exercises. The program expands into dynamic power driven exercises designed to make your wrestler more explosive on the mat. Each practice is capped with wrestling techniques from the top, bottom and neutral positions ultimately readying your athlete for a complete match at the end of the 6 week camp.
